@sustainableyouthq8 The Sustainable Youth Team Relay Race

Welcome to our second edition run! The Sustainable Youth Team Relay Race, a 250M sprint pitting the 4 teams of Blue, Green, Red & Yellow against each other once more, 30 participants each to teach the value of time and the benefit of high intensity interval training to aid those that want to be healthy and physically active, but don’t have the time.
Again it’s in a cooperative as opposed to competitive environment so everyone goes home a winner.

Date: 17th June 2016

Time: gathering 930pm race starts 10pm

Location: Mishref walking path, Oredoo fields (near large parking)
